Authorities about the damaged hospital in Sumy region: people are not injured, evacuation is carried out

In Sumy region, the hospital was damaged due to Russian attack, according to preliminary data, people were not injured, the regional military administration reported in the telegram.

“On March 18, the fall of the Russian drone on the roof of the regional clinical hospital. Previously, people were not injured. Emergency services work on the spot, ”the message reads.

The local authorities reported to carry out evacuation measures.

After negotiations on ceasefire with Russia, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported on the Russian attack and hitting civilian infrastructure. According to him, there was a “direct hit of” Shahaneda “in a hospital in Sumy, strikes in the cities of Donetsk region.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
