“Only in the last three months, 350 people were injured in the Kherson region, 30 were killed. This is only from drones and airdrops. All these numbers are civilians. The Russians are constantly sending new units to train on our civilians. Then these units move to more active areas of the front,” he said at a meeting of the Congress of local and regional authorities.
Mrochko called for the creation of a “conditional dome” over the city of Kherson or other ways of combating Russian drones.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles. In particular, the Russian army regularly attacks the de-occupied part of the Kherson region with attack drones.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
