The FSB reported the detention and arrest of a German citizen. The statement says that a Russian-speaking citizen of Germany Mykola Viktorovych Haiduk, born in 1967, who lives in Hamburg, was detained. He is suspected of involvement “in March 2024 detonation using an improvised explosive device of a pipe of a low-pressure gas distribution station in Kaliningrad.”
