Details: The incident happened in the central part of the capital, on Monumental Avenue. Lightning struck a crowd of people, a total of 72 people received help.

34 people were taken to public hospitals in Brasilia. Eight of them are in serious condition. According to eyewitnesses, these people were standing near a metal fence.
Among the 72 victims, not all of them were injured by lightning – some had cases of hypothermia due to rain.
People caught in the storm waited for the arrival of demonstrators who support former president Jair Bolsonaro.
