The international community is urged to preserve and strengthen sanctions against Russia, in particular in banking and energy sectors, at the same time, properly and effectively preventing the bypass of sanctions: “Russia must be responsible and pay full compensation for its aggressive war.
The parties also undertake to promote the current and post -war reconstruction and reconstruction of Ukraine.
