Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore left the ISS aboard SpaceX Crew Dragon on Tuesday early in the morning, their departure showed a direct broadcast of US space agency NASA.
NASA Astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore have been at the ISS since June 2024. They arrived at the Starliner’s American Space Space. Astronauts were planned to spend a little more than a week at the space station, but they postponed their return due to Starliner. Starliner went to the ground without a crew, and the mission of astronauts continued for more than nine months.
Long stay in space allowed Suni Williams to beat the record for a total time in open space (overboard) among women – 62 hours and six minutes, ABC News says.
