Before the Russian invasion, almost 56 thousand people lived in the city. Now there are no more than 2 thousand left.

As you can see in the video released by the 503rd Separate Marine Infantry Battalion of the Armed Forces Navy, the “scenery” from this settlement resembles a horror movie.
“Myrnograd from a bird’s eye view. There is not a single surviving building in the city,” the battalion stated.
The city is literally reduced to smoking ruins. The footage, which was obviously taken from a drone, shows high-rise buildings without windows or roofs. Residential buildings, in which peaceful people recently lived, are now in ruins. Many buildings were literally razed to the ground by the Russians.
Before the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, about 56,000 people lived in Myrnograd. According to data from open sources, as of the beginning of October, up to 2,000 people remained in the city.
What is happening in MyrnogradWe will remind you that the Ukrainian analytical monitoring project DeepState reported that Myrnograd is under the threat of an operational encirclement with full fire or physical control of all logistics routes. Also under threat is the entire Myrnograd agglomeration, where the positions of SOU fighters are located.
At the same time, according to the project, Pokrovsk is not surrounded. According to analysts, the infiltration of Russian invaders into Pokrovsk continues, where both their fixation is carried out in almost all points of the city and their destruction. The Russians “actively tighten the crews of their pilots, who help the infantry, and are a big obstacle to the advancement of the Armed Forces and the laying of any logistics in general.” At the same time, the aggressor is trying to drag his mortars there, because they want to bring the logistics under closer fire.
Andriy Tkachuk, an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, confirmed this. According to him, the situation in Pokrovsk and Mirnograd agglomerations is extremely difficult. Enemy soldiers are present in the urban area, where they have set up strongholds. However, the Russians have not yet managed to encircle the city.
