The Russian military on the evening of March 4 carried out an air attack in the Odessa region, resulting in damaged critical infrastructure, said Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov.

“Some of Odessa remained without light, water and heat. All the relevant services work, ”Odessa Mayor wrote in the telegram.

Subsequently, the head of Ova Oleg Kiper added that in the suburbs of Odessa, a man was killed as a result of the impact.

“A 77-year-old resident of Lymanka village died as a result of shrapnel wounds. Sincere condolences to relatives and loved ones, ”said the head of Odessa region.

According to him, “the wreckage of whipped enemy drones damaged private homes in the suburbs of Odessa.”

“There is a ignition. The fires are eliminated by SES units. Also during air alarm, the enemy attacked the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district of Balgistics. The rocket hit the empty sanatorium, the building is almost completely destroyed. Fortunately, no one was injured, ”Kiper added.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
