The Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA) reported that it turned to the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police after the publication of an investigation into the possible return of the “Gulliver” shopping center to the control of structures related to its real owner.
ARMA said that the results of the competitive selection for Prozorro are being verified, in particular the documents of the participants and their possible affiliation with the owner of the seized asset or Russian structures. The agency emphasizes that it will not allow persons related to the former owners or the Russian Federation to manage the asset.
