Apple plans to release smartcals in 2026 – Bloomberg

Yevgeny Demkivsky Author of news Mezha.media and GIK. I write about technologies, cinema and games. Perhaps about games with a little more passion.

Apple plans to introduce its smart clusters by the end of 2026. The device will receive cameras, microphones and dynamics to interact with the Siri voice assistant, as well as support functions such as calls, navigation, real -time translation and music playback. About it writes Mark a gourmet of Bloomberg.

The company is already preparing for mass prototype production with partners outside the United States. Smart-coders under the code name N401 will be a direct competitor of Ray-Ban Meta, but with the highest quality of the assembly.

Apple positions the device as part of its artificial intelligence extension strategy. However, the development of branded SI-functions promotes more slowly than competitors. The company is still relying on the third -party models of Google and Openai in its Visual Intelligence function, but plans to create its own environmental analysis platform.

At the same time, Apple has canceled the Apple Watch and Apple Watch Ultra with built -in cameras. However, working on Airpods with cameras continues. The company also has plans for the first folding smartphone, which can also appear at the end of 2026.

Apple also seeks to create full -fledged glasses of augmented reality with the display, but such devices remain a distant perspective. The Vision Products Group, which was responsible for Vision Pro, work on them.

In the Apple SI market, Apple is currently competing: Meta continues to develop Ray-Ban, Google is promoting its Android XR platform and develops its own smart-covers together with Xreal, and Openai is united with former Apple designer to develop Porty.
