The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets stated that another video with the probable execution of unarmed Ukrainian servicemen who were captured was spreading on social networks.

According to him, at least 5 probably killed prisoners of war are visible on the video.

“We once again see cynical disdain for international humanitarian law from the Russian army. In fulfilling the mission of the Ombudsman of Ukraine, he sent letters to the UN and the ICRC to make the military crime recorded, ”he said.

The reports of murder, torture and ill -treatment of Ukrainian prisoners of war are received regularly.
