“My absolutely incredible Mia. I don’t know a person who eats healthier than Mia, and I can’t say that this is my influence, because I would like her to have more variety. Food: everything separately, nothing mixed. She chooses food herself, I only ask about what will be from the category, she voices. Protein: egg, protein, shrimp, red fish, rarely chicken, rarely sausage. Carbohydrate: rice, potatoes, buckwheat, pasta, couscous. Fiber: cucumber, peas, broccoli. That’s all… You can still eat nuggets, margarita pizza, and fries,” the fitness trainer said on Instagram.
