Ukrainian farmers have offered additional mechanisms for booking workers for sustainable agricultural development.
The issue of booking workers is one of the most relevant agribusiness, especially during the sowing campaign. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the All -Ukrainian Agrarian Council (Var) Denis Marchuk at the Committee hearings in the Verkhovna Rada, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“Without people working in the fields, they provide sowing and harvesting, it is impossible to guarantee the country’s food security. We are grateful to the Verkhovna Rada and the Government for extending the reservation for critical enterprises until March 31. However, it is necessary to improve the booking mechanism so that agrarians have the opportunity to work steadily, ”Marchuk said.
He noted that Var offers a new approach to reservation for farmers. In particular, set the booking rate: one person per 100 ha of land.
Such a mechanism, in the belief of business, will allow agro -enterprises to plan their work and ensure the sustainable development of the agricultural industry in the conditions of martial law.

Earlier it was reported that the business requires the authorities to restore the updates in the action of the called employees.
It was also reported that after March 31, previous criticality statuses of enterprises lose their relevance and the business expects to restart the entire booking process.
