An officer of the Mykolaiv TCC is suspected of violence against conscripts

The State Bureau of Investigation reported the suspicion to an officer of the TCC and SP of the Naval District of Mykolaiv who, during mobilization activities, allowed the use of physical violence against conscripts.

Details: It is reported that the bureau has received at least 30 complaints from citizens about improper actions of employees of the Naval District Territorial Center for Manpower and Social Support during checks of military registration documents. The number of appeals indicates the systemic nature of the violations.

During the verification of the facts, the investigators established that the officer of the regional TCC and SP, who was involved to “strengthen” the work of the Naval RTCC and SP, repeatedly used physical violence against conscripts.

Currently, he has been notified of the suspicion of intentionally causing bodily harm (Part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.

What preceded: Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation detained a serviceman of the security platoon of one of the district TCCs of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, who together with the chief humiliated and beat conscripts.
