“In support of the public indictment by the prosecutors of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the court found the former policewoman guilty of treason committed under martial law and collaborative activity (Part 2 of Article 111, Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)” – the message says.
As noted, she was sentenced to 15 years in prison, with deprivation of the right to hold positions in law enforcement agencies for a period of 15 years, and with confiscation of property.
Prosecutors proved that during the temporary seizure of the city of Izyum, a policewoman voluntarily went over to the side of the enemy and cooperated with representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
“The convict voluntarily assumed the pseudo-position of “investigator” in the occupation “people’s militia”, which was later renamed to “Police Department No. 2 (location of Izyum) of the Internal Affairs Department of the Military Civil Administration of the Kharkiv region,” the department emphasized.
The woman conducted investigative actions according to Russian legislation, and also patrolled the city together with the Russian invaders.

It is also noted that the woman awaited the verdict in custody, and she was dismissed from the ranks of the National Police of Ukraine.
