“According to the investigation, on the evening of September 21, 2024, the Russian military attacked the BpLA in the city of Nikopol.
A 12-year-old girl and a 25-year-old woman who were in a car at the time of the attack were killed by an enemy drone. A 4-year-old girl and a 25-year-old man were injured, they were hospitalized,” the OGPU said in a statement.
Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
