NABU detectives in agreement with the SAP prosecutor reported a new suspicion of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Pavel Kirilenko.
It is about the non -polishing of the property, as well as the aiding and absence in the illegal enrichment of his loved one.
According to NABU, Kirilenko did not enter the declaration for 2024 information about 20 real estate objects and a preliminary car. The acquisition of this property, according to the investigation, is already charged with a separate criminal proceedings for illegal enrichment.
The close person of the AMCU Chairman was also reported suspicion – in the acentric in illegal enrichment for more than UAH 72 million.
The actions of the official are qualified under Part 2 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (declaration of false information), its relative-under Part 5 of Art. 27 and Art. 368-5 of the Criminal Code (aid in illegal enrichment).
The SAP was reminded that in August 2024 Kirilenko was suspected of illegal enrichment for UAH 72 million. According to the investigation, in 2020-2023, while in the post of chairman of the regional administration, he issued the ownership of 21 real estate object and the BMW X3 car for his wife’s relatives.
Among the declared property are seven apartments in Kyiv and Uzhgorod, a house near Kiev, non -residential premises, garage boxes, a driver. The total area of objects exceeds 1 100 square meters. m. The official income of the official and his family could not cover the value of the purchased.
In addition, Kirilenko, according to investigators, for four years in a row – from 2020 to 2023 – did not bring these assets to electronic declarations.
The investigation in the case was completed in December 2024, now the protection party is familiar with the materials of the proceedings.
Earlier, we wrote that on December 12, 2024, the Higher Anti -Criminal Court partially granted the petition of the defender of the chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee Pavel Kirilenko and removed an electronic bracelet from the suspect.
Also recall that August 14, 2024 in the agreement of the SAP Prosecutor NABU Detectives reported suspicion Head of the Antimonopoly Committee Pavel Kyrylenko in illegal enrichment for UAH 56.2 million and declaring false information.
