The Antimonopoly Committee allowed Ukrnafta to acquire the network of Shell gas stations (Alliance Holding LLC). This was reported by the Antimonopoly Committee on January 23. “Ukrnafta PJSC has been granted permission to purchase a share in the authorized capital of Alliance Holding LLC, which ensures an excess of 50 percent of the votes in the company’s highest management body,” the message reads. “Ukrnafta” buys a 51% stake in “Alliance Holding” LLC.
