The prosecutor’s office started a pre-trial investigation on the fact of violating the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on November 17, from 04:00 a.m. to 05:00 a.m., the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out a mass attack on Mykolaiv with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles.
As a result of the attack, two local residents died. Four townspeople, including a 14-year-old girl, were injured
Information about the victims will still be clarified.
In addition, private residential buildings, a multi-story building, cars, a shopping center, and a civil infrastructure object were damaged.
