This was stated today by a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Georgy Tykhy.
According to him, the meeting on this topic is already held by the heads of the General Staff of interested countries. In particular, they discuss “specific quantities, locations, modalities and different other points.”
“We understand that in order for this to happen, we need to promote a peace process,” the quiet one added.

In particular, London declared his willingness to send troops. However, as the British ministers specify, their soldiers only move to Ukrainian land if Britain receives additional guarantees from the United States. And without such guarantees, the British will not send soldiers.
