In the Donetsk region, 60 DTEK repair crews work daily to restore electricity supply after shelling.
This was stated by the company’s executive director, Dmytro Sakharuk, noting that a large number of people remain without electricity due to enemy attacks.
According to Sakharuk, 10,000 to 100,000 residents are without electricity every day, but crews are working tirelessly to restore power as soon as possible. He emphasized that such work has been going on for two and a half years, and energy workers will continue their activities, as shelling in the frontline regions continues daily.
Earlier we wrote that DTEK is preparing the thermal power plants, which suffered significant damage after shelling, for the heating season, currently using only its own funds.
We will also remind you that connecting all traffic lights in Kyiv to critical infrastructure lines may take several years and will require significant financial resources, from 2 to 4 billion hryvnias.
