Dmytro Petlin, head of the department of operational duty service, communication, alerting and informing the population of the Department for Civil Protection, Mobilization and Defense Work of the Donetsk Regional Government, reported this at an online briefing, Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“As for the general evacuation, as of yesterday, December 17, the total number of evacuated population from the region is about 1 million 183 thousand. persons About 188,000 of them are children and more than 46,000 are people with disabilities. And there are currently about 314,000 people in the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities. of civilians,” Petlin said.
