The comedian, 49, and the singer, 25, are both Traitors on the current celebrity series along with chat show host Jonathan Ross.
On Tuesday’s episode, Alan described him and Cat as ‘thick as thieves’, so much so that he would be willing to vote out Jonathan if needs be.
In a new video shared on Alan’s TikTok, the pals are seen getting themselves ready to don their Traitors cloaks.
At the beginning of the clip, Cat removes the cloaks from the washing machine and Alan is then seen ironing his while Cat polishes a lantern.
‘I think I’m gonna enjoy being a Traitor,’ Alan says loudly while ironing.
‘Shut up Alan, you’re too loud again!’ Cat says.
Alan then giggles as he puts on his cloak and hood before the pair are seen skipping down the street together to Dolly Parton’s 9 To 5.
Fans praised the pair’s friendship, writing in the comments: ‘There will never be another traitors as good as this.’
Others added: ‘I love the Alan and Cat duo’… ‘This is the best friendship’.
‘You’re the highlight of this series’… ‘The producers deserve BAFTAs for putting these two icons together.’
Meanwhile, viewers were left ‘gutted’ as Clare Balding became the latest star to be banished from the hit BBC series.
During Thursday night’s episode, the remaining celebrities gathered around the round table to cast their votes on who they believed was secretly working as a Traitor.
The beloved journalist and presenter, 54, received the most votes after a whispering campaign by Traitor Jonathan Ross, who narrowly avoided getting exposed himself.
Standing in front of her co-stars, Clare said: ‘I came in with only one strategy, which was to be nice to absolutely everyone.
‘I’ve had the best time, and I love all of you.
‘I am, and have been from the start, a… faithful.’
Gutted, Stephen Fry said: ‘Oh my god how are we so useless, we’ve lost a great Faithful. What have we done’.
Charlotte Church added: ‘She was such a good Faithful’.
Jonathan said to the camera: ‘I’ve got to be the luckiest Traitor, the Faithfuls did our dirty work for us. Everyone’s going to be scratching away at each other now’.
Clare’s banishment at the round table sparked a wave of reactions from fans, many of whom admitted they were ‘gutted’.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, viewers shared their thoughts, penning: ‘Gutted for Clare!’,
‘Clare is a loss she was consistently making correct observations. The faithfuls have lost a good one (though not for the tasks)’,
‘Gutted Clare has gone’,
‘They all were going for Jonathan and then it was Clare who got the boot !?!’,
‘Poor Clare….’,
‘Not Alan Carr laughing when Clare got banished yet no one noticed it! Poor, useless Faithfuls.’
Elsewhere in the show, Traitors Jonathan, Alan Carr and Cat Burns decided to kill off Ruth Codd after she went for Jonathan during the round table.
Discussing their decision, the TV presenter said: ‘Ruth is not going to let it go and I feel like the cloak is getting tighter round my neck.’
‘This could back fire on you’, said Cat. Jonathan replied, ‘If I was a Traitors I wouldn’t do it, why would I put myself in the firing line’.
Alan added: ‘Yeah lets get rid now before she poisons everyone’.
Walking into her room to find the letter killing her, Ruth said: ‘I knew this was coming’, before joking, ‘Jonathan and Kate Garraway are traitors!’
