This was reported by MP Alexei Goncharenko, publishing a response from the police to his complaint on Facebook.
Because of which Mandyuk opened a criminal case
A month ago Elena Mandyuk stated that her children “can … give a child who speaks the language of terrorists.” In response, Goncharenko promised to achieve her deprivation of parental rights and appealed to law enforcement agencies.
Police opened proceedings on the basis of a crime under Article 161 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of equality of citizens depending on their racial, nationality, religious beliefs, disability and other grounds).

Commenting on the situation, Goncharenko emphasized that “who will not shine about unhappy Ukrainian children.” He added that he was holding the case on personal control.
