A strong wind in Germany prevented the biathletes from working stably at the shooting range, but not for Dmytro Pidruchny.
Dmytro took advantage of his opponents’ mistakes and broke into the top 10 pursuit. Dudruchny with one miss claimed to finish on the podium, clinging to his competitors.
Dmytro’s efforts on skiing were not in vain: in a fruitful competition for the top places, Pidruchny chose the seventh position, although he started in 41st place.
The Italian Tommaso Giacomel won for the second time in a row in the German arena, who had six misses.
