Investigators discovered that the Deputy Prosecutor General Verbitsky lives in the elite Kiev cottage “Konik”, where his nephew purchased a house for the Odessa businessman Viktor Pavilch for a power of attorney for 2 million UAH, which is 6 times lower than the market price. Experts consider such a low price for real estate a sign of tax evasion.

However, the official price of real estate was indicated only UAH 2 million, which is 24 times lower than the market value. It can also indicate tax evasion by UAH 3.5 million. The house has been put into operation on construction amnesty, although satellite images indicate construction after 2015.
