A woman who was shot down by a drunken worker of the prosecutor’s office died in Kiev

In Kiev, a woman died in intensive care, who was shot down on July 19 by the Chief Specialist of the Prosecutor’s Office on July 19 in the center of the Ukrainian capital. This is stated in the message of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko.

Earlier, he reported that the culprit of the accident tried to escape from the scene. The result of the examination showed that in the blood of the milk was 1.77 ppm of alcohol (within the normal range – an indicator of 0.2 ppm).

“We will insist on the use of a preventive measure, for a period of 60 days, in the form of detention without determining the amount of collateral. I personally control the course of this case as a senior group of prosecutors, starting with the election of a preventive measure, and I will support the accusation in court, ”the head of the Office of the Prosecutor General’s Office wrote.

Andriy Molochny has already been informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 286-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-a violation of traffic rules in a state of intoxication, which led to the death of a person.
