According to the developer, this system, unlike traditional computer vision technologies, was trained on a specially created database and is able to recognize seven types of targets: infantry, vehicles, minivans, trucks, air defense equipment, artillery, tanks and armored vehicles.

According to the statement of the developer, the system even allows you to recognize equipment hidden in forest plantations. It can be mounted on any type of FPV kamikaze drone, including multicopters, wings and airplanes. The system is equipped with its own camera, connects to the flight controller and standard VTX, and the drone is controlled using a standard remote control.

Direct speech: “Our artificial intelligence system allows not only to recognize static targets, but also to accurately target moving objects at a speed of up to 60 km/h. It is able to track several targets at the same time and choose the priority one for destruction.”

Details: The range of automatic target recognition varies from 150 to 800 meters depending on the type of object, and the maximum targeting range is up to 1000 meters.

According to the developer, such a system costs about $50 more than traditional guidance systems.

Currently, the developers are working on increasing the accuracy of the system, after which they will codify the system for the possibility of official procurement of the product by the Ministry of Defense.

Prehistory:

  • The Ukrainian startup Viryi Dron will produce several thousand drones with an automatic guidance function that is activated during an attack. Such technology will allow bypassing Russian means of radio-electronic warfare.
