On the night of October 15, a series of explosions were heard in Kamyansky Dnipropetrovsk region and Izium in Kharkiv region. Source: Public broadcaster “Public”, air forces of detail: after 1 o’clock in the morning it became known about explosions in Kamiansky in Dnipropetrovsk.
