The journalists found out that the wife of the General of the Security Service of Ukraine, Viktor Dorovsky, has Russian citizenship, as well as elite real estate worth 1.3 million dollars.

Details: As journalists managed to find out, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded the rank of general to Viktor Dorovsky in 2023, three years after he headed the SBU department in the Odesa region.

His wife Oksana Dorovska has the citizenship of the aggressor country, she received a Russian passport in 2004, when she was 20 years old. The SBU says that the general’s wife tried to get rid of her Russian citizenship, but she allegedly failed to do so due to bureaucracy. The SBU did not provide any documents that would confirm these attempts.

Also, the publication writes, during the full-scale invasion, Dorovska built business connections in Cyprus with sanctioned lawyers who are closely connected to pro-Russian oligarchs, such as Viktor Medvedchuk and Vadym Novinsky.

In 2023, Oksana Dorovska opened a beauty salon near the city of Paphos. The PMS MERCURY CORPORATE SERVICES company administered and provided legal support for the business. This firm is managed by the Sophokleous family of Cypriot lawyers and several of their colleagues. All of them are under Ukrainian sanctions.

According to the commissioner for sanctions policy, Vladyslav Vlasyuk, the Sophokleous family helps businessmen circumvent Ukrainian sanctions.

Economic Truth called Andreas Sophokleus the nominal owner of oligarchic assets, who provided legal support to Viktor Medvedchuk and Vadym Novinsky.

After hromadske contacted the Dorovsky family for comment, the Sofokleus company was excluded from the company of the general’s wife. Prior to that, the Dorovskis officially collaborated with the Sophokleouses for more than three years.

It was also revealed that during 2018-2019, Oksana Dorovska purchased luxury real estate with a market value of approximately $1.3 million.

In particular, in 2019 she became the owner of a huge estate in the premium cottage town of Riviera Zoloche near Kyiv. The area of ​​the main building is 488 square meters.

Also in November 2018, the wife of the general of the SBU bought property rights to commercial real estate with an area of ​​491.6 m² in the premium residential complex in Pechersk — Delmar. Already in 2021, the wife of the SBU general sold this property.

In addition to luxury real estate, in 2017, Dorovsky’s wife purchased a Mercedes-Benz G-class car, the so-called “gelendevagen”, of the same year of manufacture. “Gelika” rooms have four sevens. Such cars now cost an average of about 105 thousand dollars.

In addition, the publication writes, the father of SBU General Oleksandr Dorovsky during the Great War became the owner of one of the largest pharmaceutical groups of companies in Ukraine, which was under investigation at that time. It is about the pharmaceutical group “Zdorovya”, which the Ukrainian law enforcement officers connected with the former Russian deputy, member of the “United Russia” party, oligarch Oleksandr Shishkin. Due to such connections, the prosecutor’s office considered it necessary to nationalize the companies of the pharmaceutical group. But the criminal proceedings did not come to an end, and the relatives of the SBU general received pharmaceutical assets.
