Details: No casualties have been reported yet. Klitschko reported that an enemy UAV hit a 16-story residential building on the 8th floor.
Updated: Tkachenko later stated that the fire in the Obolonskyi district is not related to the attack by the UAV. “The reasons are being established,” he wrote.
At 7:41 a.m., the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the UAVs were moving from the north on a course to Kyiv. At 7:40 an air alert was announced in the capital.
