At the request of the prosecutors of the General Prosecutor’s Office, preventive measures were taken against the suspects in the organization of embezzlement of more than 10 million US dollars for the purchase of military uniforms for the Armed Forces. Details

The court chose the former adviser to the ex-deputy Minister of Defense to be kept in custody with an alternative to bail in the amount of UAH 136 million, and the son of the former People’s Deputy to 24-hour house arrest. The consideration of the case on the selection of a preventive measure for the People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the II-IV convocations has been postponed to December 2, 2024.
