Details: According to the agency, the registration of pedestrians began on January 3 after the installation of the appropriate infrastructure between the Ukrainian part of the border and the Slovak checkpoint German cherry within the framework of agreements between the governments of the two countries. Currently, the preparation of a separate pedestrian lane has been completed.

During this time, the border guards processed about 4,000 people, mostly citizens of Ukraine. On average, about 400 pedestrians cross the border at this point.
