Today is a new step in our state application “Army+”: now transfers are possible for soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine. Now – at the first stage – transfers within the National Guard are open for National Guard soldiers, but there is a task to add the possibility of transfers between units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard. More units of our border guards will be added to “Army+” in the near future. As of today, there are already 3,607 positive decisions regarding transfers for our soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Department of the Interior team worked actively with the Department of Defense to deliver results for our National Guardsmen. Thank you! A concrete positive for warriors and an opportunity to give people more motivation.
Also, today there is a new good result of our program – “eSupport”: already almost 7.5 million applications. Of these, more than 2 million applications are for children. Payments are already underway, and 4.5 billion hryvnias have already been transferred to people. The biggest direction of expenses is communal services, and now, in winter, it is really very important to support our people, our Ukrainian families as much as possible. Please register for eSupport. It is also possible to pay for tickets for our railway, Ukrainian books, donations for volunteers. Everyone can choose the direction they want. This is support for all our people in the state.
Today, I discussed with our government officials – the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Minagro – the issue of food aid within the framework of the “Grain from Ukraine” program, in particular aid to Syria. This is our humanitarian program, which has already done a lot to stabilize the food situation in difficult regions of the world. Now we can help Syrians with Ukrainian wheat, flour, our oil – our products that work globally to guarantee food security. We coordinate with partners and the Syrian side – we decide on logistics. We will definitely support this region so that peace there can become a support for us in the movement towards real peace.
