A movie about war in Ukraine “Stone, Paper, Scissors” received a BAFTA Award

The movie about the war in Ukraine “Stone, Paper, Scissors” with Ukrainian actor Alexander Rudinsky has been awarded the BAFTA Award, according to the Prize website.

On February 16, a 78th ceremony of awarding the British Academy of Cinema and Television was held in the Royal Festival Hall in London. The “stone, paper, scissors” of Franz Boom’s director was recognized as the best British short film.

According to the plot of the film, the film occurs during a full -scale invasion of Russia into the territory of Ukraine and based on real events.

At the award ceremony, the chief actor of the tape Alexander Rudinsky said that he had devoted this victory to his friend Yevgeny Svitlychny.

“I dedicate this award to my friend, Jenny Svitlychny, who died in the war five days before the start of the shoot. And also to anyone who protects and makes my country independent. Glory to Ukraine! ”The actor said.
