“The other day, the police received a report about an explosion in one of the houses in the village of Havronshchyna. At the scene, the law enforcement officers preliminarily established that a conflict arose between a 31-year-old man in a state of alcohol intoxication with his sister and her acquaintance. After that, the intruder took out a grenade and threw her towards those present,” the message reads.
As a result of the incident, two people were injured: the man received cuts to his body, and the woman – a contusion and shrapnel wounds to her leg, but after providing medical assistance, she refused to be hospitalized. The intruder was also injured and received medical attention.
“The perpetrator was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The investigators of the Buchansk police department informed the defendant of the suspicion (Part 2 of Article 15, Clause 1, Clause 5, Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Procedure Code) the suspect has been remanded in custody,” the message states.
