In the Podilskyi district of Kyiv, an explosion on a passenger seat of a car painted under the military occurred in the parking lot near the apartment building, reports the city state administration.

“According to preliminary information, detonation happened when the owner approaches the car. The victim suffered minor injuries, refused hospitalization, ”the message reads.

Kyiv police reported that the circumstances of the explosion were being found.

“Investigative groups of the territorial unit and the capital head, explosives, doctors and other profile services are currently working at the scene,” the statement reads.
