“According to the investigation, on November 12, 2025, around 20:00, the Russian military dropped explosives from a drone on one of the streets in the village of Osokorivka, Kherson region. A 78-year-old man died as a result of the explosion,” the report said.
The head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, also reported that four people were wounded in the Kherson region last day due to Russian shelling.
“The Russian military attacked critical, transport and social infrastructure; residential quarters of settlements in the region, in particular, four high-rise buildings and 11 private houses were damaged. The occupiers also mutilated the administration building and private cars,” the message reads.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
