“In Kherson, a six-year-old girl, wounded during Russian shelling on December 3, died in the hospital, the head of the OVA reported. The city continues to be subjected to daily attacks, which the Ukrainian authorities and international organizations call war crimes of the Russian Federation”, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org
“The girl, who was injured yesterday due to enemy artillery shelling in the Dnipro district of Kherson, died in the hospital. The doctors tried to save her life until the end, but the injuries turned out to be too severe,” the official wrote, expressing condolences to her family and friends.
During the three years that have passed since the liberation of Kherson in November 2022, this regional center has been subjected to Russian shelling almost every day.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
