The majority of Ukrainians – 64% – support an increase in the military levy from 1.5 to 5%.
This follows from the results of a survey by the “Rating” group commissioned by the Center for Analysis and Sociological Research.
Yes, 32% of the respondents gave the answer “I definitely support”, the same number – “Rather support”.
“Definitely do not support” and “rather do not support” answered 32% of respondents, another 5% did not give an answer.
People from the “very poor” income group support the initiative the least – 58% (unequivocally or rather support it), do not support it partially or at all – 36%.
The highest level of support was shown by the group of respondents with an average income – 66%. They do not support a 30% increase in the military levy.
