Kazakhstan Aktobe announced on its official website that it has signed a contract with Ukrainian midfielder Dmytro Topalov.

The details of the agreement are not disclosed, but according to the media, the parties have signed a contract until the end of 2026.

The previous club of the 27-year-old Ukrainian was Shakhtar Donetsk, with whom his contract expired on December 31. In recent seasons, he defended the colors of Kolos and LNZ on loan.

“I came to Shakhtar when I was seven years old. Today, my journey here comes to an end. 20 years in one club is a lifetime. A path that shaped me as a football player and as a person. Thanks to the president of the club, all my coaches – from the children’s academy to the professional level, club employees and fans. Shakhtar will forever remain a part of me,” Topalov wrote on Instagram.

Thus, Topalov became a teammate of former Manchester United and Portugal national team player Nani, who resumed his career, as well as Pablo Alvarez, who today moved to Aktobe from the Lviv Carpathians.
