Striker Edin Dzeko will play again in the German championship. As reported in social networks insider Fabrizio RomanoSchalke agreed on the transfer of an experienced player. An agreement was reached both with Fiorentina and with the football player himself.

Already this week, the 39-year-old Bosnian will go to Germany to undergo a medical examination and complete the transition. Currently, the “Cobalts” occupy the first step in the tournament table of the second Bundesliga.

In the 2025/26 season, Edin Dzeko played 18 matches for Fiorentina, scoring two goals. Previously, the forward already had a successful experience of performances in Germany, where he defended the colors of Wolfsburg.
