London West Ham are ready to make concessions on the transfer of midfielder Lucas Paquette for his possible move to Flamengo.

According to ESPN, initially the management of the English club expected to get about 50 million euros for the Brazilian. However, this amount turned out to be too high for Flamengo, after which the Hammers revised their demands.

In the end, West Ham came to the conclusion that a fair price for Paquet would be 35 million euros, which is exactly the amount the Brazilian club is willing to pay. At the same time, in London they are in no hurry to make a final decision and intend to wait for possible offers from Tottenham, who previously showed interest in the midfielder.

Lucas Paqueta plays for West Ham from the summer of 2022. In the current season, the 28-year-old midfielder played 19 matches in all competitions, scored five goals and provided one assist. His contract with the club runs until the summer of 2027, and Transfermarkt estimates the player’s value at €35 million.
