MAIN NEWS 🔸 On January 6, a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing took place in Paris: the President of Ukraine Zelensky and representatives of the United States – Trump’s special envoy Witkoff and his advisor Kushner – were present.

“Coordinated military planning was conducted to prepare measures to ensure security in the air, at sea and on land, as well as to restore the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We confirmed that these measures to guarantee security must be strictly implemented at the request of Ukraine after a reliable cessation of hostilities,” the draft document says.
It said these elements would be led by Europe, with the participation of non-European members of the Coalition, with the participation of the United States, “including American capabilities such as intelligence and logistics, with the commitment of the United States to support forces in the event of an attack.”
“Participation in the cease-fire monitoring and verification mechanism under the leadership of the United States. A system of continuous and reliable monitoring of the cease-fire will be created. It will be led by the United States with the participation of the international community, in particular members of the Coalition of the Willing. INFORMATION FROM THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMY REGARDING THE SITUATION AT THE FRONT (22:00)
Today, the enemy launched one missile and 54 air strikes, used one missile and dropped 139 guided air bombs. In addition, the Russians engaged 4,073 kamikaze drones and fired 2,552 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
Two combat clashes took place in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions. The enemy launched three airstrikes, dropped eight guided air bombs and fired 62 rounds.
In the Yuzhno-Slobozhansk direction, our troops stopped 11 enemy attacks in the areas of Vovchansk, Staritsa, Prylipka, three clashes are ongoing.
In the direction of Kupyansk, since the beginning of the day, the enemy tried to advance four times in the direction of Pishchany, Petropavlivka, and Kurylivka. Two clashes are still ongoing.
In the Lyman region, during the day, Russian invaders attacked Ukrainian positions 12 times near Myrny, Zarychny, Derylovy and in the direction of Drobysheve, Stavky, Cherneshchyna, Novosergiivka, Ozerne settlements. Three skirmishes are ongoing.
In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks in the direction of Riznikivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled five attacks in the area of the settlements of Vasyukivka, Chasiv Yar and towards Bondarny. One battle is still ongoing.
The Russians attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 16 times in the Konstantinov direction. The occupiers concentrated their main offensive efforts in the areas of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Kleban-Byk settlements and in the direction of Stepanivka, Ivanopil, Mykolaipill, and Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsky direction, the invading units tried to break through our defenses 41 times in the areas of Nikanorivka, Chervyn Lyman, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Kotlyna, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne, Filia and towards the settlements of Kucheriv Yar, Nove Shakhove, Grishine, Sukhetske. In some locations, fighting continues to this day.
Today, Ukrainian soldiers neutralized 84 occupiers in this direction, 53 of them irreversibly. 26 unmanned aerial vehicles, one ATV, 15 vehicles and seven special equipment were also destroyed. In addition, Ukrainian soldiers hit two UAV control points, one artillery system, five units of automobiles and two units of special equipment, and 12 personnel shelters.
In the Aleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked ten times in the areas of the settlements of Aleksandrograd, Verbove, Solodke, Zlagoda and in the direction of Oleksiivka and Ivanovka. One battle is still ongoing.
In the Gulyaipol direction, the Defense Forces repelled 46 Russian attacks in the Gulyaipol area and in the direction of Dobropill, Varvarivka, Zeleny and Pryluk. Two more clashes are ongoing. The settlement of Verkhnia Tersa was hit by enemy airstrikes.
No enemy offensive actions were recorded in the Orykhiv direction.
So far, there have been no hostile offensives in the Dnieper direction.
In other areas, the situation has not undergone significant changes.
During the meeting with President Emmanuel Macron, they talked about exactly this – about the real possibilities of Ukraine to counter Russian terror, about our protection and about the support that will be able to strengthen our positions in diplomacy. They also talked very thoroughly about diplomacy, our steps. Today in Paris is the most representative meeting of the Coalition of the Willing: leaders of states, heads of international organizations, ministerial level and ambassadors. We are preparing important political steps.

The militaries of France, Britain and Ukraine worked in detail regarding the placement of forces, the number, specific types of weapons, the components of the Armed Forces that are needed and will be able to work. We already have it there are such necessary details. We understand which country and what it is ready for – all the countries of the Coalition are willing. I want to thank every leader, every state, who really want to be part of a peaceful solution.
We talked very objectively with the American side about monitoring so that there would be no violations of the peace. America is ready to work on this. And one of the most important components is deterrence, tools that will prevent new Russian aggression. We see all this.
