Roma is not stopping work on the possible transfer of central midfielder Morten Friendrup from Genoa.

As reported insider Fabrizio Romanonew rounds of negotiations took place between the clubs regarding the transfer of the 24-year-old Danish midfielder.

According to the source, the parties are also discussing the option of a potential agreement with the exchange of players. In particular, the name of Niccolo Pizzilli appears in the negotiations, who can go to Genoa on loan.

Negotiations are ongoing and Roma consider Freundrup as one of the priority candidates to strengthen the midfield during the winter transfer window.

In the current season, Freundrup played 18 matches for the Griffins and scored one goal.
