Already in the 16th minute, Antony assisted Aitor Ruibal, who opened the scoring. At the beginning of the second half, the same Ruibal was the first to finish after Antoni hit the post, doubling his team’s lead.
Soon after, Pablo Fornals brought the score to a crushing level, and in the 60th minute, Betis’ attack ended with another accurate strike – Juan Hernandez took advantage of Marc Roca’s pass after the goalkeeper’s save. The Sevillians did not stop any further, but another goal by Fornals was disallowed for offside.
