Today, the invaders carried out one missile and 39 air strikes, using one missile and dropping 99 guided air bombs. In addition, the Russians used 3,409 kamikaze drones and launched 3,447 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled four Russian attacks. Since the beginning of the day, the enemy launched 162 attacks, including one from a rocket salvo system.

In the South-Slobozhansk direction, our troops stopped 15 enemy attacks in the areas of Staritsa, Vovchansk, Synelnikove, Ambarne, Prylipka and in the direction of Kolodyazny, Kutkivka, and two more clashes are currently ongoing.

In the Kupian direction, the Defense Forces repelled two enemy attacks in the areas of Pishchany and Petropavlivka.

On the Lymanskyi direction, during the day, Russian invaders attacked the positions of Ukrainians nine times in the areas of Nadiya, Derilove, Grekivka, Novoyehorivka, Zarichne, Myrne and in the direction of the Stavky settlement. Currently, there are two armed clashes.

In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled nine enemy attacks near Yampol, Dronivka, Serebryanka and Siversk. One battle is still going on.

In the Kramatorsk direction, there were three skirmishes with the enemy in the area of ​​Chasovoy Yar.

The Russians attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 29 times in the Konstantinov direction. The occupiers concentrated their main offensive efforts in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultine, Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, Kleban-Byk, Rusyn Yar, and in the directions of Novopavlivka, Stepanivka, and Torskyi. There is currently one battle going on.

In the Pokrovsky direction, the invading units tried to break through our defenses 36 times in the areas of the settlements of Nove Shakhove, Chervyn Liman, Myrnograd, Novoeconomichne, Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Kotlyna, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopavlivka, Filia, and in the direction of Sofiivka, Bilytskyi, and Hryshiny.

Today, Ukrainian soldiers have neutralized 78 occupiers in this direction, 48 of them irreversibly. 13 unmanned aerial vehicles, three ground-based robotic complexes, six means of communication, one motorcycle, two units of special equipment, six means of radio-electronic warfare were destroyed, an artillery system, a car were also damaged, and 16 enemy infantry shelters were also damaged.

In the Oleksandrivsk direction, the enemy attacked 14 times in the areas of Yalta, Sosnivka, Verbove, Aleksandrograd, Rybne, Krasnohirske, Vyshneve and Privilne settlements.

In the Gulyaipil direction, 12 clashes were recorded in the areas of Zatyshsha, Gulyaipole and in the direction of Pryluk, Dobropill and Varvarivka.

No offensive actions of the enemy were recorded in the direction of Orihiv.

In the Dnieper direction, Ukrainian units repelled three attempts by the occupiers to advance in the area of ​​the Antonivsky Bridge.

In other areas, the situation has not undergone significant changes.

Today – regular reports of our team on work with partners. Today in Brussels is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, as well as the Secretary of the National Security Council and the Chief of the General Staff. At all levels, we are working to ensure that there is support – both defensive and diplomatic, and support for our stability. Andrii Sybiga represented our country today in the format of the Ukraine-NATO Council. Rustem Umyerov and Andriy Hnatov communicated with the security teams of European leaders. The most important thing is the effective participation of Europe in our defense, also in guaranteeing security after this war. Activity is maximum to end the war. And from our side – from the Ukrainian state – there will be no obstacles and delays. We are absolutely constructive, very quick in working with partners, and everyone notes this, the American side as well.

We are preparing meetings in the United States of America. After the return of the American team from Moscow and the relevant consultations in Washington, Rustem Umyerov, Andriy Hnatov and all those who are needed for the negotiations will continue the conversation with the representatives of President Trump. We are waiting for news in the coming days about such meetings, contacts, negotiations – personal meetings or telephone conversations – there is constant contact between all partners and between partners and Ukraine. Everything is happening quite successfully now – at the meetings in Geneva and in Florida, Ukraine was heard and Ukraine was listened to. And this is important. We expect that this will continue to be the case. A dignified peace is possible only if Ukraine’s interests are taken into account.

I will also continue to communicate with leaders at my level, in fact every day coordination, exchange of ideas, agreements, how to talk with other leaders and what can give more security. Now the world definitely feels that there is an opportunity to end the war, and it is necessary to reinforce the existing activity in the negotiations with pressure on Russia. Everything depends on such a combination – constructive diplomacy plus pressure on the aggressor. Both components work for peace.

It is also important that there is constructive internal work in Ukraine. I thank the parliamentarians for voting for the state budget for next year. This guarantees that we will provide financial work. The Government of Ukraine is also working well with our partners to cover deficits. There is an understanding of how it will be done.

We are also continuing the policy of complete reorganization and cleanup in the energy and defense sectors. Today I spoke in detail with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyridenko, I thank you that all processes are happening quickly, including the rebooting of supervisory boards in energy companies. The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, will promptly ensure the restart of supervisory boards of defense enterprises.

We also consult on parliamentary work – today I spoke in detail with the leader of the majority faction and other representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding the budget law. The key things are followed. Thank you. In particular, everything related to salary increases for teachers next year. Necessary support programs for people are also provided, including the medical check-up program – a health check for everyone who has reached the age of 40. Funds for such an examination are provided by the state, this is a good opportunity to prevent many health problems. I ask the government to explain in detail to people how to use this waiting program.

Today, the Prime Minister also informed me about the winter support program – almost 15 million Ukrainians are already in the program, almost 3 million applications – for children. This definitely proves that the program is timely and really needed by people. People should be supported. Funds for this program and all other support programs will be fully funded. Payments continue for those who applied for winter support through Diya, and for those who applied through Ukrposhta.

A few more things.

There is a decision by partners about the purchase of weapons in America – the PURL program. Norway announced a new contribution to PURL today – thank you. Also Luxembourg. Canada will increase its contribution. We know about Poland’s contribution. The day before, there was still the decision of the Netherlands. There will also be the first contributions from non-NATO countries. I want to thank everyone personally. I am waiting for a report on the full results of work on the PURL program.

It is a special task for Ukrainian diplomacy to keep pace in defense programs and projects with America and other partners. The diplomatic pace largely determines the strength of our defense against Russian invaders and the possibilities of our active steps, our long-range, our defense against Russian strikes.

The neighborhood with Russia is a danger under any circumstances. But Ukraine’s strength lies in unity with the world and in our own ability to set the agenda. Thank you to everyone who works for the sake of our country, for the sake of our people, thank you to each of our soldiers.
