Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola commented on the condition of Spanish midfielder Rodri ahead of the Champions League group stage fifth round match against Bayer Leverkusen.

“Rodri hasn’t recovered yet. I’m not sure, but it’s not long. We’re still in the process, we’ll find out when he’ll be back. We’ll wait a little longer to make sure he’s all right,” Guardiola said.

The football player is recovering from a knee cruciate ligament injury sustained in the English Premier League seventh round match against Brentford.

Earlier, Guardiola spoke about the goalkeeping competition at Manchester City.
