In the match of the third round of the main stage of the Conference League, Shakhtar Donetsk beat Icelandic Breidablik (2:0) on “their own field”.

Arda Turan’s team opened the scoring in the middle of the first half, when Artem Bondarenko scored a goal in the 28th minute.

Then, in the 65th minute, the advantage of the “miners” was doubled by Kawan Elias.

After three rounds, Shakhtar has six points and is in tenth place in the Conference League table, while Breidablik has one point and 32nd position.
