The penultimate match of the 1/8 finals of the Cup of Ukraine ended in Kropyvnytskyi, in which Agrotech from Tyshkivka hosted Fenix-Mariupol. The main time ended in a draw – 1:1, and in the penalty shootout, Maksym Feschuk’s wards proved stronger – 7:6.

The guests were the first to score – Andriy Vilkhovy took advantage of a pass from his partner in the 37th minute and shot from the penalty line, after which the ball ricocheted into the goal of Agrotech.
But the Tyshkiv team did not give up – in the 78th minute, Oleksiy Chichikov elegantly turned around under the pressure of the opponent on the wing and equalized the score with a beautiful round shot – 1:1.

The penalty shootout seemed dramatic. After Chichikov’s miss, goalkeeper Rudyk saved the chance for the home team, who saved the opponent’s shot. But the episode with Bovtunenko, who executed his penalty too weakly – the ball slowly rolled past the goal, became decisive.
